高速テストを実現するハイスループットシステム

量産テスト用に開発されたフライングプローバです。インサーキットテスターでは融合が難しい基板や頻繁なレイアウト変更が行われるケースなどでは、スループット能力がインサーキットシステムと同等な4030が量産テストに最適です。

FLYING PROBE TESTERS 4030

The 4030 represents the only flying prober specifically designed for the end-of-line testing of high-volume productions. When accessibility limits or frequent layout changes make it impossible or not convenient to use bed-of-nails testers, the 4030 can be proficiently used in production test, since its throughput capability is comparable to bed-of-nails systems.

FLYING PROBE TESTERS 4020

The 4020 offers the same quality performance of 4060 and 4030, in a configuration suitable for standard applications. Easy-to-use and extremely compact, the 4020 is ideal for testing prototypes, pre-series and small production series.
